"Call me the paper shredder! I work very hard at the office. My main duties are sleeping, eating, barking, getting tummy rubs, and doing tricks for treats! Stop by our office, I'll show you a trick for a treat! We'll have a big treat for you too!"
George and Esther have been working in the agency for over 30 years. George's daughters, Christina and Anastasia, mostly work in the summer and when they are available from their other jobs.

A Family Agency
George H. George Insurance Agency LLC. previously known as Emanuel H. George Agency, was established by George's father, Emanuel Hatjygeorge, in 1965. At first his father was a Sergeant and an engineer in the Army Aircore during World War II. In addition to his dedication, he received the Purple Heart. After serving for the Army Aircore, he worked for the Greek Consulate for a couple of years. Then, he worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance and soon after became an insurance agent in Tarrytown. With him finally finding a passion for helping people through the insurance industry, he established Emanuel H. George Agency.
George's mother, Stella Hatjygeorge, was the founder of Stellar Travel. It was a travel agency located in this same building they're located now!
Unfortunately, Emanuel Hatjygeorge passed away on October 3, 2014 and Stella Hatjygeorge passed away on April 29, 2015, but their legacy still continues.
